Terms of service

The short version

Reverbify lets you remix audio in your browser and, with the extension, live on Spotify. Your audio stays on your device. Only remix music you have the right to use. Pro is a paid subscription you can cancel any time. We try hard not to break things, but the service comes as-is.

Using Reverbify

By using reverbify.app or the Reverbify browser extension you agree to these terms. The free remixer works without an account. Creating an account (for preset sync and Pro features) means you also agree to keep your sign-in method secure.

Your audio, your responsibility

Everything you remix is processed on your own device and never uploaded to us. That also means you are responsible for it: only process audio you own or have the rights to use, and what you do with your exports is on you. Publishing a remix of someone else's song on other platforms is between you, that platform, and the rights holder.

Reverbify Pro

Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks extra features. Payments are handled by Stripe under Stripe Managed Payments, with Stripe acting as the merchant of record: Stripe processes your payment details (we never see them) and handles applicable taxes on the sale. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do any time from your account and which stops the next renewal.

Refunds: if Pro isn't for you, email us within 14 days of any charge and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Because Stripe is the merchant of record, your refund and its confirmation are handled through Stripe; you can also manage or cancel your subscription any time from your account. This guarantee is a voluntary promise meant for honest use — we may decline repeated refunds across accounts or cards that look like abuse of it.

If you're in the EU, UK, or EEA: at checkout you request immediate access to Pro and agree that this waives your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal — our 14-day money-back guarantee above applies instead, which is at least as generous. None of this limits your statutory rights if the service is faulty.

We won't move features you already had for free behind the paywall.

Fair use of the service

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to disrupt it, resell it, scrape accounts, or use it for anything illegal. We can suspend accounts that do.

Ownership

You keep all rights to your audio and your exports. We keep all rights to the Reverbify software, name, and site. These terms don't transfer either.

No warranties, limited liability

Reverbify is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and endings

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site, and continuing to use Reverbify after that means you accept them. You can stop using Reverbify or delete your account at any time from the account page.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Questions go through the Feedback page or reverbifyapp@gmail.com.
